5.Incorrect Address

-Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

-We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

-Return packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

6.Lost or Stolen Packages

  • A POUCH SCISSORS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked s delivered by the carrier.

-Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
